You must hold required permits and be legally capable of entering contracts. By using amberframe.bond or booking a course, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings and lessons

• We schedule lessons subject to instructor and vehicle availability.
• Instructors may adjust routes for safety and learning value.
• We may refuse service for safety, eligibility, or non-compliance reasons.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes or fees may apply. Vouchers (e.g., gift codes) reduce the payable amount according to the stated value and terms.

4. Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel without fees up to 24 hours before a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover instructor time and vehicle allocation.

5. Learner conduct and safety

• Follow instructor directions and applicable traffic laws.
• Do not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Use seatbelts and maintain respectful communication at all times.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials, route diagrams, and site content are owned by Amberframe Drive Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Driving involves inherent risks. We provide instruction and safety measures but cannot guarantee outcomes or third-party behavior. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on amberframe.bond with a new effective date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where services are provided, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
